How are you finding the challenges in FM2007 compared to FM2006?

Personally im finding it much harder. Also the new scouting system is great for LLM, much more realistic and challenging to find players

No-one's in a position to comment, in all honesty. An LLM game lasts for months and turns up problems as it goes on, a day doesn't tell you anything.

Nah, plenty of us can do that and still it'd take more than one day of playing. You'll get some initial impressions mainly, but I'd bet they'd change some down the line.

I'm well into my fifth day with Hayes and already running into difficulties.

I suppose it is a bit early to be asking. But, for me a fear a season of trying to stay out the bottom 2 positions!

It's too early to comment on the game itself. But after holidaying for a year and taking over as manager of Hitchen, just trying to sign some backroom staff and enough players to make a match squad has been a titanic tussle in itself.

You can't sign any players because you can't scout them and you can't scout them because you haven't got a scout. You can't get a scout because nobody is applying for the job .

Even the crappy greys seem crapper than they were in FM06 .

It's feckin soul destroying .

The game now states that I've been playing for 16 hours and 27 minutes. If you take off about an hour for the season holiday, 2 hours for watching the Sours game, half an hour for dinner, I've still spent about 13 hours playing this game and I've still only played 9 league games.

I haven't been hit by the injury bug yet, but as soon as I do it's goodnight Irene .

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I'm feckin lovin it . The only problem is that I'm doing far too well at the moment. Some injuries and a few susbensions should sort that out though :thup:.

You should at least find that in FM07 the BEGINNING of your LLaMa career is even tougher. In addition to J1971's insights, I found the players take a lot longer to 'gel' and get a handle on my tactics, however KISS I made them. and of course, with the downgrading of the attributes, players at this level are SO much crappier :thup:

It's much harder to find it compared to 06. But then 06 is on my desk, right in front of my eyes, and 07 hasn't even dropped through the letterbox yet.

Much harder to judge a player on values :thup:, getter a better idea of you management skills (or lack of)
