all the players I've signed I've scouted as I too agree that you can't sign someone without scouting first.

There is no arguement if you sign a player without scouting him you are not playing LLM.

For all I know my scout sits home all day long watching videos of Lower league matches. Put it this way for 20 quid he will not get into too many grounds to watch matches live
