I've gone the other way as well, and looked for teams on FM from one horse towns I passed through on the OE. I've found it a bit more exciting knowing that you've been to that little village in a foriegn country that you've just taken control of.

Hey Fast...bloke.

Telford did indeed go into administration and it took an eleventh hour deal between the Supporters' Trust and the local council and the administrators to secure The New Buck's Head and to form AFC Telford United F.C..

Telford United Supporters Trust site.

Local Council site.

AFC Telford United F.C. site.

The history of it all's well explained in those sites

I remember in one 01/02 save of mine, AI managed Barrow won the Conference but were denied promotion because the club couldn't afford to make the ground to the Football League entry requirements.

Onto the original question, I do look out for Billericay Town's results.

In the YooKay we tend to say "one and only" as opposed to "number one", Chuck

I soon followed it up by winning the title after half a dozen seasons with Wroxham and then defending it to no avail. Torquay took the title the follwing year, but were then promoted.
How goes the epic save Luan?

It's on hold at the moment. Currently lower midtable in the 1st division with Stoke. I'm close to the start of the new century, and have just managed to reach 10,000 competitive goals too (arfter about 8,500 games, which had been a recent target).

I'm actually playing FM2007 at the moment. Have just started my third season with YF Juventus.
