Ah, the 4-2-4 tactic that for your opposition invariably produces goals at critical times for them, but when you try it, all that happens is they score on the counter? And can effortlessly oppose YOUR 4-2-4 for upwards of half an hour?

I like the way the opposition can easily switch to 2-3-5 without risk of conceeding whereas if I go ever so slightly more attacking, they counter me every time

If I've realised the opposition have gone 4-2-4 I can usually counter it. It's when I don't react quickly enough that the buffers come off.

I find this kind of strange:

The whole Int'l expectations are screwed. In my current save, I was appointed when my rep was national- the supporters were pleased that a manager of my stature had been appointed or something like that. When I moved to Conference North, my rep dropped, and all of a sudden the supporters were "cautiosuly optimistic." Beyond that, they or the FA don't seem to recognize tenure of reign. Once a tournament is done, it will often go back to "Hopeful for a long and succesful era" etc.
