Training schedules, (don't panic, it's ok I promise).
I don't want anyone to tell me what type of schedule they are using or anything like that and I definitely don't want anyone's help in making my own schedules.
The point of this thread is that I'm finding it absolutely impossible to get a training schedule that keeps the majority of my players with the majority of green arrows, for the majority of the season.
I understand that I should expect red arrows when players are fatigued, not getting enough match time, unhappy, and many other reasons. I am struggling to understand whether I am just not very good at it though, or whether this part of the game is slightly flawed. I am leaning towards it being slightly flawed.
My question is.........
Quote:
Have any of you created a set of schedules, or even one stand alone schedule that seems to work?
All I want is a yes or no.
Ian, If this has to be closed because it is a little close to the mark then so be it.

The training schedule I use is almost identical to the one I used in FM06, so I can't claim to have nailed it. I'd say the majority of the time the majority of the players (who aren't out for a month or more ) are either neutral or green, if that makes sense?

I didn't touch my training at all with 7.0.0, but something tells me my FM06 scheddules will work as a treat under the fixed training module in the forthcoming patch.

In fact Ian, you'll probably find the fact that your players were/are neutral or green is linked to the injury levels some people are experiencing. At the moment, players returning from injury will respond well to injury, players who stay fit will deteriorate pretty much whatever you do with your schedule.
