It's nothing new to me, that sort of thing was what I covered when doing Sports Science, but to others who don't have that background that I have, it can certainly be considered as tipping.

You seem like you (might) have some brains, SA, but you seem to have neglected to read the initial sentence in this post, the header or the forum rules.

In essence, we don't want you to tell us what you think schedules should be set up as.

Not too tippy I hope, but I'd have thought that the number of hours in the week that the player is available to train would also be a factor. And a fireman would be fitter than a Geography teacher

Craig, if you're struggling with training, or aren't very knowledgeable on how training should be, then it could definitely be taken as a tip. If people have never played football, or other sports, they may not know how to set training up. Common sense isn't common sense, anymore.
