My schedule I'm using in my game with Gainsborough (Just started LLM) is doing well to keep them neutral, and quite often green, but I do get the odd players with a lot of red arrows. But realisticly, you can expcet them to be on red due to them lacking quality.

I guess its also possible that the quality of your coaching staff might play a part

The point of this thread is that I'm finding it absolutely impossible to get a training schedule that keeps the majority of my players with the majority of green arrows, for the majority of the season.
I understand that I should expect red arrows when players are fatigued, not getting enough match time, unhappy, and many other reasons. I am struggling to understand whether I am just not very good at it though, or whether this part of the game is slightly flawed. I am leaning towards it being slightly flawed.
My question is.........

Have any of you created a set of schedules, or even one stand alone schedule that seems to work?
All I want is a yes or no.

I have a few questions:

How many schedules are you currently using

How specific are these schedules dependent upon say position

Are you aware of the CA and PA capabilities and their relationship to training

Have you created training schedules in earlier versions of the game, EG Season 03/04

I've always created my own schedules, except for when they introduced assigning specific sessions to specific times (CM4 series?), where it got too much and too confusing (needed a real life coaching badge to know what was going on).
My sports science background means I have an interest in this sort of thing and I enjoy tinkering with it to see how I can get the best results.

I have never ever touched the training, leave it all to my coaches. I never understood the first thing about them. Far too little info available to even make educated guesses about what would be good at what time for which kind of player.
Waste of a feature IMO.

Well this is an eye opener. I'm pretty sure I've never had a training schedule with most players having mostly green arrows for most of the season.
Hmmmmmmm. Thanks for the tip  :o
