There isn't many I know, but something just happened that made me laugh, and I wondered if anyone else has had it happen, or has something similarly stupid.

7 minutes in to a match, I win a corner. As the ball comes in, my 36 y.o 6 foot tall centre back lunges toward it, and it goes in the net. Woo \O/. Seeing the replay, I read the commentary, and it turns out he puts it in with an overhead kick

Checking his profile, he has a flair of 4, and agility 5

Anybody else had something stupid like that?

He must be bored of heading the ball.

I had my third choice AM R run through four of the opposition defenders only to blast it past the goalkeeper from outside of the eighteen on a counter attack for what was eventually goal of the season.

He was third choice because of Dribbling 4, Technique 2, Finishing 2, Pace 7 and Flair 5.

You've got a 3rd choice AMR and he's got those stats? :jealous:

Me too. Season 4 - 1st in the conf. I've struggled at right midfield throughout, but this season, of the 300+ players my (regional reputationed)scout has found, only 1 has been available on a free in that position and he's old and carp. My AMR has just incurred his 2nd long-term injury, my only other cover are poor in that position and frequently injured; and my one 16yr old played one 1st. team match and picked up a thigh strain. Just to rub it in, almost every loan deal in the news is MR or AMR (from the likes of Cov. & Brighton) and I can't get anyone to come on loan.
It's tough at the bottom!

That's where you're going wrong - carp are better as central defenders, you need an eel as AMR

Tipping????

Is carp tipping anything like trout tickling?

Very similar, apart from the fact that one is non-LLaMa.

Well both are really as LLaMa don't eat fish.
