i have unlocked the no transfer window but during the game if i go to preferrences it is disabled and there is no way to enable it, the word 'disabled' is blacked out and it cannot be changed.

when u start the game and it goes to the main screen (load game, etc...) goto preference there and you can enable it there. Sometimes it will say diabled and it will still be enabled but just ignore it.
