4-4-2 diamond, play direct, have an AM with excellent shooting, and set him as playmaker. Takling hard. Wingers on man marking, DM on zonal marking and pressing.

I played this most of the time, and it seems to play around there 3 central midfielders with my wings nullifying theirs, and my DM cleared up when i lost it. Prepare for a buttload of yellow cards though.
