I've been trying to unlock the transfer window.

Its easy to buy players then train them up to huge values but no one wants to even bid for them.

Anyone knows which team to take or what players to buy that would make this mission easier?

The easier way to unlock the transfer windows is to start as a big club and sell the top players to make lots of money.

i thought bigger clubs have higher targets for you to hit? or is there a club in the game where u can sell most of your players at the start and hit the target already?

yeah they do, but if you're playing as someone like Chelsea or Real Madrid who have lots of big players, then it's easy to sell most of them at the beginning of the game during the first summer transfer window before the season starts and unlock the feature.
