We have a new manager every month at Leicester, and the turnover of manager's in Italy has always been very high in real life, which I feel has been poorly reflected in FM.

agree, top many managers from top clubs get sacked. benitez, wenger, and ferguson all were sacked in my first season, total sackings in EPL totalled 10, and top championship managers sacked as well. for a start, arsenal will never, ever, sack wenger IRL. imo that is ridiculous.

| Both Wenger & Fergie are pretty much immune from being sacked to be honest - baring any huge managerial errors or a sex scandal between manager & tea lady. This should probably be reflected somehow in the game.

Yep. Any manager who has performed like they have would probably have to have 3 or 4 seasons outside the top 4 before they got sacked.

| At one point yesterday the posts were right beside each other in the list. One said not enough get sacked, right below the title said too many get sacked. LOL
So I guess it is all subjective

I dont know whether this would be classed as a problem, but I did experience David Moyes and Harry Redknapp both letting their contracts run out at the end of season 2. Im a bit surprised that the clubs would allow this, as they are probably two of the best managers outside the top 4. Having said that, I was a bit sceptical as to whether I'd even be in charge after the club refused to negotiate my contract until the end of the season, despite me being on course to finish third in the EPL and winning the UEFA cup (I did both - hence the club then offering me a deal).
