I think thats a perfect example of the AI getting confused, not a single player goes to the man with the ball, as if they're expecting everyone else to deal with it. Happens a lot!
I hate it when things like that happen, my team seem incapable of tackling most of the time, they'd rather just try and take the ball off the opposition by staring at them intently.
where your biggest mistake here was that you have not got any single midfielder on closedown always which is why he ran thru so easily because the defence was told to not closedown wat you shud do like i do is to individually tell the defence not to closedown midway thru normal and rarely and have the team instructions of closing down midway thru often and normal works wonders for me never have superb goals like that scored aginst me hehe
