Did I say that I wanted to force players to get a nationality?
Just like players have their own mind managers have their own mouth and could perfectly suggest to a player to get a second passport. They could even give the player an incentive. ie: "If you get a Spanish passport I'll increase your salary by 10%"

I previously commented on this to no avail. It would appear more obvious to influence a player to seek out a passport as happens irl. Pushing a player with threats at not forming part of the first team because of foreign member quota is something that happens at many top teams around Europe. This is something that appears lacking in the game. Many players have gone onto represent their country having obtained another nationality. True, it is not frequent in England but this game is International and as such this should figure. It has however been previously mentioned that the game engine is biased towards the English game (nothing wrong with this) but this matter should be included in the game.

The game is NOT biased. It's a computer ffs, do you really think that the programmers put a code like "If xyz English increasing shooting by 2".
Too bad about the passport thing though

well, if you play in Spain, when a player has passed his obligation days, so wait around 2-3 months (for example, my Robinho obtained Spanish in Nov 07 when he did pass in Sep 07). well, in the case you have 3 already, still want to sign another non-EU, try to send one of them to B or C team but make sure he is under 23, that will make you can still play him in First team as registered player, also he is now counted as non-EU for B or C team, not for first team.
There is no option in FM08 to suggest a player to get second nationality
