Had to buy a new copy of FM2008 after my precious son got hold of the disk!!!!

Have installed, but when it loads up I get a grey screen. When the cursor moves around the page you can see that underneath the icons are there as the description comes up but its totally unplayable.

Can anyone shed any light on this? There were no mysteries or problems during install!!
