I'v stupidly lent out Wijnaldum on loan to Vitesse, but after failing to notice the buyout clause of only 16K that they stuck on there, I'm left in a bit of a jam. I've given him a massive new contract, is there anything else I can do?

I don't think so, it's a contract and if I were you i'd just be glad Si haven't included a legal system in the game.

Just buy him back once you have sold him lol.

How about try using FMM to make him dislike Vitesse for being so underhand.
