I've only ever had 3 sending offs, and I'm in my 3rd season (so 1 a season).

The first two were two yellow cards, so could not fine or warn the players for those. But Antonio Lopez jumped for a ball with the opposition winger and caught him with his elbow.

Straight Red, fair enough. In the news, decided not to warn or fine him as the commentary said that most of my players didn't think that was a straight red.

Now I have 4 players with 'Slt' with worried by lack of managerial discipline. Have I got to wait until the next sending off, and then fine the b*****d?

Anyway I can fix this now, as its affecting morale.

I think it's fair to say that the problem is more you than the game on this one - no offense. The only quick fix is to field your most malicious players and set them to 'hard' tackling. When the inevitable red card comes - fine fine fine.
