What happens to the team balance and the value if the club after it exceed 999.999,999 >
Does it get reset to zero to move to a billion?

Just a guess, but it'll probably get reset once it reaches some power of 2, as computers don't work in base 10 but in binary.

Once you get past 2billion and something you go back to -2billion.

Values become -2,147,483,648 after you exceed +2,147,483,648. This was the case on FM07 at least, because of the programming language that they use (C, C++, VB or VBA). That's 2.15billion
