Won first 3 of the season, 2-1, 2-0, 1-0. Just found it strange, didn't use it but was just wondering.

That option will put alot of pressure on your players to perform well . I never use it - its better to tell them your are thrilled with the 3-0 score

I find it best to k*ss the teams ar*e at any opportunity!!

Especially with the fragile confidence even post-patch!!

I occasionally use it, but my player are normally playing consistently well. But they had three draws in a row (oh my gosh!) and then won 3-0 and I used it then.

Every time I've used it I get bitch slapped by some of my best players - they complain they don't like how I talk to players on match day. Humph.

i've only used it once after my team went through a bad patch then beat chelsea 2-0 to record chelseas first loss of the season. this was in december.

I never use this one.

The game seems to interpret it as:- "So why do you normally play like **** you lazy ****s"

I never use it either, my thinking is that if you are bottom or very near then you should use this option.
