hi guys i was wondering what makes a good assistant manager Im currently in charge of a. c. milan and need an assistant manager so also any good ones are gladly welcome. thanks

i always go for Pako Ayestaran, he is a free and one of the best assistant managers in the game

cheers i usually just go for whatever stat needs a star rating boost in training anyone else fo that?
