Hi iv just downloaded my premier league logos and have read through the post by spider90 about where to install graphics and Im still a little confused, can anybody help please?
I have downloaded my files from michael murrays logo site and open the folder until i reach the premiership logos which contains sub folders of background_left, small, huge, etc...
When I open one of thesee sub folders I get the PNG files (eg. 602.png). Do I need to extract these one by one or can I just drop the whole folder in? I know where I have to extract them to, but it doesnt seem to be working.
If it is one of my files with all the subfolders in order (so when you unzip the file you get a folder called graphics) then you just need to put the folder you unzip into the \My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007 folder. (Unless you have moved your User Data folder then put them into where you have moved your User Data folder).
There is no need to transfer the files (602.png...) or the subfolders (background_left...) individualy unless you are only replacing/using some of the logos. If you are using them all just copy all of it over.
(The most important thing is to make sure the config.xml files stay with the png files and the folders are put into the graphics folder within the \My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007 folder.)
Then when you load up the game you'll need to turn off the skin cache in the preferences -> Display and Sound menu and tick the 'Always reload skin on confirm' option to get the logos to show.
