Is there any way to edit all the managers in the game so that they do not make 3 subs in EVERY match?

This is the only thing ruining the game for me and I don't want to play FM again until I have some sort of solution.

I dont think you can edit any of the AI Managers responses. It is a very minor point surely and not enough to give up the game for! Forget about the AI and concentrate on your own game only.

What is so bad about them making subs?

The players thy bring on are likely to be worse than the ones they have one already!

Do non playing staff not have a "use of subs" skill in their attributes.... use this to bring down their use of sub skills - it may make willingness to make subs lower than normal. Although I've noticed that only the managers with good teams make there full use of subs for tactical reasons..... at the lesser teams the players condition levels fall so low they have to be subbed or they'll get injured.
