Default Scottish League Structuring

what I'd like to do is add leagues on the bottom so it goes

SPL
Div 1
Div 2
Div 3
------
North, South, East & West Junior Leagues

at the end of the season the 4 winning teams play in a playoff the winner then plays the 10th team from div 3 for a place in the leauge

I don't know if this is even possible to do, from what Ive read elsewhere I think I can maybe swap leagues & make them unplayable? id prefer them playable if possible & I have no idea how I'd set up the playoffs!

It would be wonderful if this was possible, then I would make Norwegian Third Division myself - however - not possible...

not that I dont believe you guys but I'm giving it a go just now just to see what happens, hoping it will help me understand how the whole editing process relates to the game

what Ive done is take the belgian 4th Div ABC&D & make them into highland, western, eastern & borders divisions. If what I think will happen happens the game will probably crash but if it doesnt then the teams that win the 4 divisions will be promoted to the belgian 3rd div .. then it will crash

Ill let you know how I get on!
