I have only one question about the FMM. I am in year 2013 in swedish league. and when I look at Sweden with FMM. I see their repuration level at 8000 (I have changed it before.) But what I don't know is. What will change if I increase the level. As you all maybe know that a player playing in the swedish league cost €10Mil, but if plays at the English premier league he would probably cost over €20Mil.
Anyway My question was that what iis this nation reputation. does it do something to the game or changes something.
When it come to chnaging the rep of the country, it doesnt necassrily increase players values, thats down to clubs and players reps..
what it does do is increase the nations rep as a whole...so when it comes to internationals they may have better odds... with a higher a rep more 'people' will know of sweden and its football

Another Question wich is very rare is those gray players.? When I play vs madrid och barcelona, the often uses "those gray players", but their stats are very high. if he as an ordinary player he would at least cost €10Mil, at least. And I have changed the swedish clubs reputation. but those gray player "sucks" really. they have stats like 1,5, 6. as the highest 11 or something.
If you have 'cheated' on the players value correctly then his value should be high...
You need to chnage his reputation to give him a large value... thats what it comes down to..player rep and club rep ...thats what give the player his value....if chelsea buys him of course his value will go up as chelsea are a bigger club....with a higher rep...
As for grey players...there has been some discussion on then before...but SI games assure us they're crap
This seems to be a thing to do with non-playable teams. Any playable team(due to ya know, playing in active leagues so they will be active in the transfer market etc.) will get crappy grey players as they are just there for emergency use as it expects you to have a full squad. Unplayable teams will get decent grey players because they are in a position where they are most likely not have a full squad and will need to use these players in most matches. Without them they would not be as competitive.
If you want to boost the reputation of the Swedish clubs and domestic (inrikes) players (and have it remain high) then you have to increase the reputation of the Swedish competitions.
I believe the Allsvenskan is initially set to 10 (out of 20) and Superettan til 6.
By comparison, the English Premiership has a reputation of 18 (along with Italian Serie A) and the Spanish Primera Division has the highest reputation of any domestic league in the game, with 19.
You might want to also boost the reputation of the Swedish Cup, as well as the reputations of all the clubs (though if you boost the reputation of the competitions they compete in, the clubs' rep will improve over time).
