Are you using Vista? If so right click on the Genie programme and run it as adimistrator. If the problem still exists, please log on to Genie's website here and report the eroor please Thanks.

No not vista just XP Professional on both the machines I have tried in which I am a local admin.

I have logged the error on the genie website but as of yet still no repley thats why I have logged it here.

I have posted in the forum as well just waiting on an answer.

Genie needs to fix these type of errors himself, so I have sent him a message and asked him to respond to you.
