Im doing my nut now about this...
After applying in my case, patch 7.0.2. and starting a new game, there is no option to use the newer database and it just sticks to using 7.0.0. i've read about 15 pages on this board, tried them all and no one has the right answer...
anyone had the same problem and corrected it?

oh, and by the way, if anyone says there is a thread on the board concerning this, please link it or dont say it at all, cos after the past 3 hours of reading, i dont believe it!

check if the folder of your new DB has the same name as the xml file in that folder,if it isn`t the same change the name of the folder in to the name of the xml file.

I too am having this same problem.
