I'm in year 2008/09 with Chelsea. 1st season I had Drogba & Shevchenko up front. Won the Champions League & runner-up in the league. Sold Shevchenko, bought Palacio & Tevez for 2nd season. Palacio top scorer with 39 goals overall, Teves with 15 goals & 16 assists. I won the Champions League but came runner-up in the league (again). Going into 3rd season I bought Aguero. Ass man says Tevez is best striker but he always hits one-on-ones right at the keeper which sucks - although he is good at dribbling and setting other people up. With Palacio I've tried playing him on the wing as his stats are perfect for a winger although he is described as ineffectual as a winger. Palacio does not really miss 1 on 1s though and i'd say he's the best finisher. Drogba is useful as he can head the ball onto one of my fast strikers and he has better finishing than Tevez I think. Aguero is still learning and doesn't really score 1 on 1s but he does set up people and dribbles well. I am thinking of loaning Aguero to a club with good training facilities & staff just so his attributes progress and he does not get bored not playing for me. Tevez I may sell, or rotate with Palacio & maybe Drogba should be used as a target man to head the ball onto Tevez/Palacio.
I'm not really sure and I hope I can get some advice from you guys. I don't really want to buy any more strikers.
if i was you i would keep him because i think he is good enough (i would only loan him out to a team in a first division league like the premier league and only if he is going to get first team football). if he is missing a lot of chances try and reduce his creative freedom and reduce the tempo.
