try to steer clear of windows fonts, as most of them are ugly. the render is ok. i think the position could be better.. like bringing the text more central on the right hand side, and puttin the newcastle badge above it.. the background looks isnt brilliant but you could work on it by downloadin some brushes from here or deviantart.. and just let your ideas flow. good effort though

Thanks mate, ive been looking for new fonts, i use Dafont, not many really take my eye though.
Ive been starting to get new brushes aswell, so hopefully that will help with my future wallpapers

not all windows fonts are "ugly"!
some work really well with simple styles, especially on 300x100 sigs
but thats a decent wall their, I think the render should be bigger, and the badge blended in better. also, the bg is lacking some grit!
