really struggling in the spanish lower leagues tactically. career game where after taking harrogate as far as I could (conference), took a job with sabadell, who've got loads to spend a big wage budget.
had a fair amount of success in the english lower leagues with high tempo, high closing down, low creative freedom, one nutter defensive midfielder and one mincy creative midfielder. also one striker holding up the ball and one on ultra attacking bombing about everywhere with closing down high. worked, but doesn't in spain, i'm getting battered every game. i'd imagine a lower tempo would be a start as that's the style of play there (and lots of players have low stamina). but any more advice?
