TRAINING
Training will be one of, if not
the most important aspect of my management of the club, as without good training my players will get nowhere.
So i must have the best coaches available, and in needing that I've cleared out almost all of Rafa's old staff and hired a bunch of guys who replied to my job center adds (And on (Saslano) who I head-hunted).
This is the complete coach list for the 1st team;

As you can see I've got a 5-star rating for each training category (the 1st time I've had this) so my players have got the best in the business.
(As a side-note, i fired Pako Ayesteran because in all other saves he said in his team report that "the team needed strengthening in order to" whatever-the-goal-was...)
All my players have their own individually tailored training routine (I've always done it like this) and now there is a slight emphasis on tactics and (Ironically due to my playing style erring on the defence) attacking.
I do have one or two concerns before the season get under way, and it's going back to what wwfan and rashidi1 were talking about earlier; Liverpool
DID shuffle the ball around the back four a lot
BUT that was before the rule about passing back to the keeper was implemented which was like a back-up. And you know yourself how often we are given a virtual heart-attack by our defenders fannying around with the ball, then losing it needlessly to a forward..(Any thoughts?)
I fully intend to give Daniel Agger a free role as he would be the more likely to create something going forward (Carragher's creativity is non-existent). He also has the "Tries long-range passes" preferred move which will help too...
