deadly the reason eddie had that run of barly any headers was because he was playing as the left striker and corradi was my target man. (they where only 2 availabe again due to very high injury rate to my strike force)

The settings are fine... try playing Rooney as AM and another striker, I bet rooney will get more goals :]

The yellow cards issue I know is a problem, but for some reason my tactic just comes with it. In version 1 i had normal tackling and more cards but in this version I at least lowered it.

Elf, don't try playing Eddie anywhere but TM, he is pure rubbish... play a defender as the striker instead

Try choosing a different captain (i.e. one witha lower dirtiness rating if you know).

A captain with a lower dirtiness, agression and without the "tends to get riled up", "argues with officials", etc. PPMs are best. Normally someone that is mature on the field (think Zidane.. pre WC finals) rather than someone 'dirty' like Materrazi (I had to).

It will tune down the aggression of your team a bit. At the same time, if your trying to 'hurt' a team, or tire them, perhaps for an upcoming match which is more important, do the opposite and you might get carded but you might hurt them a little as well.

how do i improve their shooting? my stikers got alot of chances but they seems can't convert their chances.

It happens... getting good players with finishing, composure, and luck is all that is needed. The game isnt much more than that =]
