Training: Heading

Hi

Ive bin using a training set for a long time but my central defenders heading ability always drops down by one. What do I have to change in the training to at least keep players like McManus at 19 and not fall down to 18? He intensive trains defending so it must be another thing but which?

Heading is under the ball control category. So if you want your defenders to get better at heading you must also have them get better in dribbling, first touch etc. Its quite a flaw in the game imo.
