Default GK training schedule
Does anyone know if leting a gk train "set pieces" get better at taking a penalty or is that a personal (and random) skill?, also i wonder if anyone know a way to train "communication" ?, a pic on my gk sch. (not done yet though)

As far as I'm aware, according to marc Vaughan's tips, Set Pieces has no effect on goalkeepers stats, as there is no stat for saving penalties that I am aware of.

Asfor communication, I believe it is trained via goalkeeping, as well as experience.

thank you for the reply , yeah i know i've read the guide about it too (just wanted a second opinion) so i think i just skip training set pieces for gk's, as for the communication maybe its also a personal setting and random except when it comes to more famous and detailed gk's in the game.
