I have just started my second season. I have world class coaches that i used all last season on general and had it on Med, one click from intense training. Now it worked perfectly all last season but now all of a sudden every players training arrows are pointing down! I have not changed anything so what is happening? I tried lowering the amount of training to light for a few weeks but that did not do anything?

Please can you help as i am pulling my hair out. Will it go back to normal on its own or do i need to change bsomething? Has it happened to you?

all your players have just come back from holiday so you can expect a temporary drop in attributes during preseason. If they haven't gone back to normal by the start of the season you need to give your players more preseason friendlies IMO.

I'm now in October and every players training arrows are pointing down, not one player is showing any benefits from training. Its really strange because i have never seen this before and its the same as i have it every season. I have how to change it. Its effecting morale too. Bloody game is driving me nuts

The arrows generally go up and down from week to week but if you've got decent coaches and decent training schedules you'll notice the difference in attributes over the course of a season (for younger players anyway, older players' attributes will generally just stay pretty much the same but may go up and down from week to week).

Don't worry about it unless their attributes keep on dropping at a noticeable rate, then there must be something wrong with your training schedules or coach assignments.
