Global mentality is the term used to describe when none of your players have an individual mentality set in their personal instructions. Therefore every player's mentality is the same and it controlled by the mentality slider on the team instruction tab.

The benefits of GM are that it requires no setting up and allows you to the flexibility to change it with 1 slider.

It contrast with other system where a fair number of player has individual mentality set, the most famous of which is the Rule of Two (Rule of One).

Another interesting idea is the split global, where half the team, usually the defense is set to a fixed mentality and the attacking side are left on team.
