Sorry, can upload it but I can try to give you some advice. I had the same ´problem´ with my Ipswich squad. With Clarke and Haynes I had 2 quick but not strong players. I designed a tactic around which worked fantastic.
It is a 442. The 2 central midfielders had arrows. The attacking one up, and the defending one down. The both attackers have arrows to the side. This is the key in this tactic. Because of the sideways arrows they play against the (weaker) fullbacks in stead of the central backs. And because of their movement wide they create and have a lot of space.
The rest of the tactics are:
quick tempo. direct play. a bit narrow. counter attack (!).
