hey there i need your help on training how do i get the best out of my players what u have do i am inverness

and what tactic is the best to have

i am guessing you have not read any of the work done by rashid, wwfan etc.(this will help with your tactics).
there are some very good training shedules on this forum. read through some threads and do some seaching to find the right one for you.(the right one 4 me might not be for you).
