Hey, sorry to bother you guys.

i've seen the great avatars you guys make, and i would like to know how you achieve those looks. I've looked at some tutorials over the internet, but they don't stand a chance against your work.

i don't know if you use filters o patterns or anything else.

so, my question is :

what techniques dou you use in making avatars? and how you do it.


if there is a good tutorial that you know about, please let me know.

can you explain in more detail pleasE?

Got to Deviantart and search for light textures, like so and download one you like the look of.

To use them, put the texture on top of your ava and apply Screen blending setting. Adjust and experiment according to your own preferences.
