Ok,

Managing East Fife in the Scottish 1st division, just starting my 4th season.

I need a good target man who will want to come to lowly East Fife (I got them promoted from the 3rd division). I have a transfer budget of £2m and a wage budget of £2,500. But it's not the money thats the problem - its finding a decent target man who will come to me. I would just search for players but my scouting is poor.

Ive had similar problems to this too. If youre in your 4th season im not too sure who will come to you, whos available and at what prices. I think best bet is to find a youngster to loan from one of the bigger clubs, especially if they have any good regens coming through.

Thats what I'm trying to do, but with the attribute hiding thats turned on, I find i can't see the important attributs even when I scout the player. I'm signing new scouts however so we will see....
