Have to agree with the General trend, Clichy and Traore seem worth sticking with...

Lahm is a contender for best full back on the game IMO, if you do need to splash the cash

I agree with that. Can be picked up right at the start of the game for just under £20m. Pricey but is a natural on either the left or the right.

thanks for the help but honestly would i have asked for suggestions if i was happy with the ones i got
but again thanks for the suggestions made but has anyone discovered any other high potential young guys with high physical stats
