I made a shortlist of all the players with -9 potential ability. Here's the link:

To install, store it in this folder:
My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\shortlists

Then in the game go to your shortlists page, click the shortslists button in bottom right corner (on default skin), then hit import and it should show up.

cool! is P.A -9 the youth player the most talented? or is there other numbers?

Don't quite know how to phrase it. Haha. What I mean is, is there a -10 or -20? Or is -9 there best rating for the most potentially talented players?

There is a -10. That's the lowest. That means the player has a potential of 180-200. And 200 is, as you might know, the highest value a player can have.

A -9 potential ability means at the start of each new game, that player is assigned a random potential ability between 150-180. I made the -9 list because there are only a dozen or so -10 players in the game.

theres already a complete shortlist with all players 21 and under with PAs of -10, -9 and fixed PAs between 166 and 200

Do i need to have already saved a shortlist, as there is no shortlist file in my documents...
