Club Info
Charlton Athletic Football Club (also known as The Addicks) is a professional football club based in Charlton, in the London Borough of Greenwich. Charlton was founded on June 9, 1905, when a number of youth clubs in the south-east London area, including both East Street Mission and Blundell Mission, combined to form Charlton Athletic Football Club.
The club is based at The Valley, where it has played at since 1919, apart from one year in Catford, during 1923–24, and seven years at Crystal Palace and West Ham United between 1985 and 1992.
Charlton turned professional in 1920 and first entered the Football League in 1921. Since then, it has had four separate periods in the top flight of English football; between 1936 and 1957; 1986 and 1990; 1998 and 1999, and 2000 to 2007. Historically, Charlton's most successful period was the 1930s, when the club's highest league finishes were recorded, and the 1940s, when the club reached the FA Cup final twice, winning in 1947.

Players to look out for
Josh Wright - Young creative midfielder who is expected to be a good Premiership player in the future. Main youngster at the club.
Harry Arter - Brother in law to Scott Parker, and seems a similar kind of player. Keep on to him and he will improve, not as invaluable as Josh Wright though.
Yassin Moutaouakil - 'The next Willy Sagnol' apparently in real life and looks like a really good prospect in game. All the important stats for a good RB in game and should improve further.
Luke Varney - Best striker in the team. He lacks composure but this isn't too much of a problem as he has a high finishing stat. Very pacey and has a good jump on him which gives him alot of chances.
Cory Gibbs - Quality centre back. He is plagued by injuries but should be on of the first names on the teamsheet when available. Very quick and strong and should have no problems with the strikers in the division.

Keep an eye on ASEC, as in real life they should produce some quality players, and you can send them on loan to Germinal Beerschot to gain Belgian nationality or until they can get a work permit.
Christensen and McLeod have potential, other young reserves may become useful players.
The real challenge is to build the club up so much that you can one day beat the record attendance, of around 75,000.

Christensen would be the ideal winger apart from his low crossing stat.
Recommended players
Gustavo Cabral - Free
Strong young argentine defender, doesn't get a wp but you shouldn't have to keep him at Germinal Beerschot for long before he gets into the Argentine side.
Cristian Nazarith - Offer 50k or pay compensation
Good young striker with alot of potential, stats seem to suit a target man at his age, so will be ideal to replace Iwelumo if he cant handle the Premiership.
Nacer Barazith - 14k/50k
Good attacking midfielder, scouts recommend him at any cost, seems to have all round good stats at his age and could be pushing Zheng Zhi out the side.
Nicky Maynard - 500k
I'm not personally going to sign him but he would help alot of people to add another striker to rotate. He has finishing of 17 and composure of 16 means he finishes most chances he gets, but average speed + low jumping means he probably won't get too much of a chance in my team.

I found ZZ (ZhengZhi) doing every well every match in my game as an AMC. His stats doesn't look excellent but his actual performance on the pitch is actually excellent, I guess his PPMs help.

PPMs are just the players style of play, they don't improve on the attributes, though some may be an advantage depending on the players attributes/position etc.
He does well as his CA makes him a good Championship player. Quite good all round and versatile.
I like to train Zheng as an MC to try and raise his rating there slightly, same with Reid Semedo and Ambrose, should make them slightly more effective there.
