Yes he is. Belive me,i have him in Barca.Assist or score every match.Rating rarely under 8. Buy him.

Silva is very good I would say, he tortured my Arsenal team when I played Valencia. 3 assists.

I paid around 80M for him on like the 4th season in my Barca game (he had like 100M release). He was great. great long shots too.

Bojan and navas are great and very young, but Silva is on another level in FM08. He'll nearly average an 8.00 for you, one of the few if not the only player in the game who can do that consistently...

Navas has got the worst adaptability ever. IRL i heard he couldnt play for his country because he would get homesick being away from sevilla so aviod him.
