Everyone of my players that celebrates his 33rd birthday is given a 2-week fine and a spot in the transfer list as a birthday present.

My 35 year old striker is still knocking them in for me, even in the Premiership. He's currently on 325 league goals for the club having scored his first goal in League Two.
The oldest player to have played is a 38 year old goalkeeper, who now has 131 caps for Wales. I picked him up on a free in the previous Summer, though he plays only as a backup.

In my second season with gainsborough, my player coach is nearly 46 but only turns out when i have an injury crisis & the local U11s cant fill in.

30, a backup DC/DL. He was a regular a couple of seasons back but has since lost his place and will now leave.
I usually move 30-year olds on unless they are absolutely indispensable. Goalkeepers get a bit more time, but only if they're not holding promising youngsters back by sticking around.
Last Conference winning squad had an average age of 23, but no teenagers in the first team itself.

Just started a new game so currently my oldest player is 32. I had a 44 year old central mifielder in a game I was playing on FM2006. He actually had quite good stamina - around 9 if I remember rightly

Ral McCoy's 37 on my vauxhall motors game, but hes still a beast in midfield. shame all the staff seem to want him dead....

In my squad its 28, but one of my scouts has recommended to me a 44 y/o :o and i have had a 46 y/o play against me.
Im in brazil btw...
