My first choice keeper is 40 years 206 days and counting. He's 6 foot 2 and weighs a healthy 14 stone
I have a centre back who is 36 who starts nearly every week, after that everyone is under 30, including the manager  | |

In my current team, my oldest player is 37. But that's only because he was already here when I took over.
I usually don't use old players, because my playing style is too much fitness-based, and none of those old farts can run like I need.

Current oldest (WWSM07) is a 35 yo DC who is about to get the push as his contract is up and he made just one appearance last season. Next is my 33 yo backup GK.
Record oldest is a DMC who made an appearance a month or two after his 38th birthday and is now on my coaching staff.
Heaviest is an 18 yo GK at 207 lbs (14st 11), although he is 6'4" and also the tallest.

I had a player that was 37 years, good old defensive midfielder.
Played about two games before he got injured for a few months ... with backproblems(!)
