Right i have a few questions regarding LLM.
- Is it right to ask Assistant Manager to filter out people who wouldn't want to sign for you.
- Is it right to ask your Assistants advice for anything.
- Is it right to get a parent club.
- Can you slam your Assistant Manager with training?

I believe the answer is yes on all accounts, except for the parent club thing if you're managing in a league where this is not allowed in real life, such as the English leagues..

Just to make it absolutely clear you can not use the player search screen at all.

What you can do is to send your scout out and when he comes back with a few players you can then filter the scouts results for players that your ass man thinks would be interested.

You can ask you ass man anything.

What witte said about the feeder clubs.

You can make your ass man responsible for training but why bother? You bought the game you might as well play all of it

iajafer, surely it is allowed to filter in the shortlist too? These are all players that have been scouted if you play in the LLM spirit. Also parent clubs were allowed in the Dutch league for example, where they are allowed in real life, weren't they?

Parent club is a very touchy subject, I personally just stay clear of them unless it is for friendlies.

I have another question regarding contract ethics. I realise the answer to most questions is use common sense and do what you think is reality.
Anyway, my players in conference national seem happy to sign full-time contracts for 80-100 pounds p/w.
I have been to London before and know how expensive it is, but I have heard it is cheaper up north. Is this really realistic though?
How much is a realistic wage uo North, and should I be offering them parity with the general job market in the area?
Also, does this mean in London I would have to offer them more?

Maybe this is just not worth worrying about, I dont know.
