It does nothing of the sort.

However, you seem to be operating under the misconception that use of the transfer list is outside of LLaMa guidelines. It's not, but use of the search function is.

What is outside of the guidelines is to use any sort of filters based on stats before selecting which players to scout. Should you use the Transfer List to find all listed left midfielders, for example, you would need to scout each and every one.

Just to reiterate my point (I think I was clear enough, but just in case):

If my scouts are not doing the business and I have a desperate need for a particular position to be filled/covered I will go to the transfer list. But I can't see how in real life the transfer list is much more than a list of names. Not much use to anyone. So once I've found players for the position, it's time for the scouts to earn their money. Many, many, many weeks later I may have an idea of who to buy.

Glad to see that this isn't the case. Totally with everyone on not searching for players on anything but tranfser status.

And finally the patch is here. My players were on deaths door with the number of injuries they were receiving.

You just shouldn’t be allowed post that sort of filth in this forum. I feel unclean just having read it.

You could play one of your kids, or in a real emergency (say all your keepers are injured) sign a grey rather than go on the search screens.

I was under the impression that the transfer list was off limits to LLM's. Any the transfer list was only to be used as a last resort.

Thus speaks a person who hasn't fully read the instructions or what Michal has said. The Guidelines says:

"Some LLaMa’s use the search screen to shortlist players in their area and then send off their scouts to find out how good a player he really is. Other more zealous LLaMas avoid this screen entirely letting their scout do the job for which he was hired ie: finding players ... Regardless of what you tendency is with the Search Screen, no player should ever be signed unless he is first given the once over by one of your scouts.

Michal would never use the transfer list unless he was desperate to fill a hole, and only then just look at the player's name: his scout will do all the work. That is in keeping with the guidelines. Personally I never, ever use that screen, but the point of LLM is realism.
