I think that i might be the worst manger ever. here is my record

06/07 - finshed southampton 8th
07/08 - finshed southampton 21 th sacked
08 / 09 - got plymouth 18 th
09/ 10 - finshed 15 th

see not that good, i have used many formations on the web site and they have not worked for me. can any one tell me what formation to play and who to buy. i have 1.3 million to spend. next season i really need to do well!!! please thanks
