2016/2017 - Greece/Eastleigh F.C. - English Premier League:
Yes. I was approached by both Greece and Ukraine in the start of the season. Accepted the greek offer because their WC Qual. group was easier .
Eastleigh: A brave fight against relegation was expected by everyone, including me. We sold 2 players for a total of £15M. 8 players were bought for £4.8M, most of them being promising youngsters. The team was almost the same as last season's, except for the sale of our best DC and the bringing of a good D/M R from Milan.
We managed to have a pretty good start to the season, but soon enough our form and morale dropped, making us reach january in the 18th position. After that, our form improved a little, but we never had any consistency, what made us finish 15th. On UEFA Cup, we defeated Lokomotiv Moskow on the 1st Round (8-0 agg

). Then, we finished 2nd in a group with Lyon, HSV, Roda JC and M. Petach-Tikva. After defeating St. Etienne (4-2 agg), we were beaten by Espanyol (3-1 agg) in the 2nd Knockout Round.
I think we did well in staying up, and team's experience should build up from this season. The club's balance is solid as a rock, and we have a lot of promising youngsters in ou ranks. Also, the stadium will be further expanded by 2587 seats.

Greece: Our World Cup Qualifying group seems pretty easy. We already played Latvia (2-0 A), Andorra (5-0 H), England (1-2 A), Malta (4-1 H), Slovenia (0-6 A :eek

and Andorra (3-0 A). We're currently in 2nd place. We also played friendlies against Fiji (2-0 H), Canada (3-1 A) and Luxembourg (4-0 A). The squad is not very strong, and I feel this is the best form it might achieve.
