No, the England rugby manager SHOULD have had a very short tenure. He was kept on way too long thankfully.

Your scouts will find the best players, for the team at the level you are at...that is all you need to know. Oh and what the other poofs said about world player awards and stuff  .

My scouts find me players that would be big stars in the league above me. They seem to have delusions of grandeur.
Still, better that than finding players who couldn't hold down a spot in Saffron Walden U-11 reserves.

I've sent my scouts to higher divisions in the hope that they might find potential loanees with no success. I got all of one player returned from league 1 who went on loan to someone in my league after his club turned my offer down. I figured they were self-censoring on the grounds that I didn't have a hope in hell of buying any. I think we need to be able to instruct scouts to look for potential loans.
